Well i guess we all know who this is meant for and it also means that he doesn't intend to Pay that amount of Money.
According to Bulldog, Iwan owes him that much because its him who brought him from the Ghetto when he was very hungry and couldn't even afford Awakye and Fish....
He has used his money to Groom the Iwan we now see so he just can't walk away from him like that..
