Nana konadu Agyemang Rawlings Demands NDC logo from party
the ruling National Democratic Congress executives face a impending legal battle to keep the party’s logo as lawyers for Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings lay ownership of the logo.
ana Konadu has through her lawyers written to the national executives of the party criticizing them over what they describe as infringement of the party logo which is their client’s intellectual property.
According to Nana Konadu’s lawyer, Stanley Ahorlu the logo is the intellectual property of Nana Konadu because she created it. He added that the right steps will be taken to ensure that the logo is not misused by individuals or group of persons.
So these NDC people weytin do them????? despite all this!!! they still hope to win The December Elections????
